Pricing questions
How is pricing structured?
One flat monthly price per business, not per seat. Each plan sets how many outlets and billing counters you can run. Bills and staff PINs are unlimited on every plan.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Sign up in the owner portal with your business, first outlet, and first counter, and you can bill for 14 days. Add a payment method from the owner portal when you're ready to continue.
What happens when the trial ends?
Counters can no longer sign in until a payment method is added from the owner portal. The owner portal itself stays available so you can subscribe at any point.
How is billing handled?
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions through Razorpay, started from the owner portal. Prices are in INR.
What do I need at the counter?
A computer running Chrome or Edge. Receipts print through the browser to a printer installed on that computer, on 80 mm or 58 mm paper. A barcode scanner is optional, since items can also be found by name. Cash-drawer and weighing-scale integrations aren't available yet.
Can I bring in my existing item list?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx or .csv file you already have from Vyapar, Tally, or Excel. Till finds the columns, shows any problem rows for you to fix, and re-importing a price list later updates items instead of duplicating them.
