How it works
From sign-up to first bill, without a phone call
Create your account
Sign up in the owner portal with your first outlet and counter. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Import your items
Upload the item list you already have from Vyapar, Tally, or Excel, and fix any problem rows before saving.
Open the counter
Staff sign in on the shop computer with the counter's terminal code and their own PIN.
Bill, sync, and review
Bills sync whenever the counter is online, and the daily report shows sales by payment method.
Designed so a bill is never lost or counted twice
The counter records what happened, and the server decides the consequences. Every total is recalculated on the server with the same GST logic the counter used, and anything that doesn't match is flagged for the owner.
No duplicate bills
A bill sent twice after a dropped connection is recorded once.
Immutable invoices
Corrections go through credit notes, so an issued invoice never changes.
Append-only stock
Stock movements can't be edited or deleted, only added.
Isolated data
Each business's data is kept separate at the database level.
