This Privacy Policy explains how Frizely ("Frizely", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or submit a demo request. This is a general policy for our marketing website; it does not cover data processed within Frizely's products themselves, such as Frizely Gold and Frizely Till, which is governed by each product's own terms and privacy policy or a separate agreement with the customer. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact or demo request form, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, phone number, company name, and message. We do not collect payment information on this website.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo, send you an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt, and follow up about Frizely. Where that follow-up goes beyond responding to your specific inquiry, we rely on the consent you give when submitting the form, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Who we share it with
We use Google Workspace to send and manage email communications, including your confirmation email and our replies to you. As a result, submitted information is processed and stored on Google's infrastructure under Google's own security commitments, which may involve servers located outside India. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — see "Cookies" below for details. We do not share your information with any other third party, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and information you submit is transmitted to our email provider over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which we delete them, unless we need to keep them longer to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've submitted, or withdraw consent you've given, at any time by emailing hello@frizely.com. We'll acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
