Use of Frizely's software products themselves, including Frizely Gold and Frizely Till, is governed by separate terms: the customer agreement entered into at onboarding, or the terms you accept when signing up within that product. By using this website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

You may browse this website and submit inquiries for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frizely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed INR 5,000.
